CHANGES TO THE ADVICE LINE

Our Doctors and Nurse Practitioners provide an emergency telephone advice line, so if you are looking for emergency advice only, please call the surgery between 2pm-4.30pm and leave your details and a brief summary of the problem. A clinician will return your call within 24 working hours. Please provide a telephone number where we can reach you between 9am and 6pm.

PLEASE BE AWARE THE NEW CLOSING TIME OF THE ADVICE LINE IS 4.30PM NOT 5.30PM

Pharmacists

The pharmacist will be dealing with medication queries and medication reviews. The pharmacist role is to support GPs in ensuring patients are taking the most appropriate medication and to ensure patients attend for medication reviews.

If you are unable to attend the surgery for nursing care, the nurses may visit you at home.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
