CHANGES TO THE ADVICE LINE

Our Doctors and Nurse Practitioners provide an emergency telephone advice line, so if you are looking for emergency advice only, please call the surgery between 2pm-4.30pm and leave your details and a brief summary of the problem. A clinician will return your call within 24 working hours. Please provide a telephone number where we can reach you between 9am and 6pm.

PLEASE BE AWARE THE NEW CLOSING TIME OF THE ADVICE LINE IS 4.30PM NOT 5.30PM

Practice Management

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Tracy heads up the busy reception team who keep the centre running smoothly.

Our receptionists are here to help you by making appointments and advising on administrative issues; any information that you give them will always be treated in strict confidence. If they cannot deal with your query, they will undertake to find someone who can.
